I’ve gained 10 pounds. I wanted to start my weight loss journey again and when I tried I couldn’t do it. All I wanted to do was eat. eat. eat.
No I didn’t cut my calories too much. I was at 1500 still.
I just. I want to lose weight so bad but I tried and it made me want to eat more.
I have 2 weeks until I see my boyfriend. I want to be down to 210 by then....

I’m not sure how fond I am of my new birth control.
I started my period yesterday and my cramps were horrible. The whole time on yaz I didn’t even have a single cramp.
And I pretty much want to eat everything in site.
Thank God I don’t have ice cream and chips laying around the house anymore. I’d devour them.
