guys I did the stupid thing and weighed myself just now. Since this morning I’ve gained freaking 6 pounds. Now I know that weight goes up in the day…but 6 pounds?
I’ve only ate 1443 calories and I burned 450 calories today. I have drank a lot of water and my salt intake could have been a little high, i’m not sure. But ugh. I wish I hadn’t have done that.

my calorie intake is a little less than 1000 which will make my metabolism slow down? but I feel full with what I eat and work out at least 300 calories off each day. I want this weight gone but I feel like my method right now might be doing the countereffect.

I did 30 minutes of cardio. Hard core cardio.
I pushed myself harder today than I have in the past. I kicked my own butt. And it felt good.
I’ll probably do some strength training later today.
